CURE-OS is an international working group dedicated to the study of heterogeneity in osteosarcoma by single cell technologies. By sharing knowledge and establishing standards for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of single cell data in osteosarcoma, the group seeks to advance osteosarcoma single cell research toward improving the care of OS patients.
CURE-OS goals:
Disseminate knowledge and facilitate collaborative research through expert talks.
Develop an international consensus on key goals and standards for osteosarcoma single cell research to support a unified osteosarcoma atlas in support of future studies.
Create a shared repository for osteosarcoma single cell research data and methodologies.
Participating institutions include Boston Children's Hospital, Boston University, Colorado State University, The Hosptial for Sick Children, Istituto Ortopedico Rizzoli, The Jackson Laboratory, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, National Cancer Institute, Oregon Health and Sciences University, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Tufts University, UCSF, and the University of Florida. The group is open to anyone interested in the study of osteosarcoma heterogeneity by single-cell technologies.
