Noah Buerkett Family Fund

Noah

In May 2026, at just seven years old, Noah’s life changed when he was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. Since that diagnosis, Noah has faced chemotherapy, major surgery, and a journey no child or family should ever have to experience.

Noah recently underwent rotationplasty surgery on his right leg as part of his treatment, and he is now waiting for his “robot leg.” While our family focuses on the difficult road ahead, we have also been surrounded by an incredible community of family, friends, and supporters who have shown up with love, encouragement, and generosity.

Through it all, Noah’s story has become about more than one little boy fighting cancer. It is also about the power of community, the importance of supporting families through the unimaginable, and the hope that better treatments—and ultimately a cure—can be found.

Because of Noah, we want to make it better.

We established the Noah Buerkett Family Fund with MIB Agents to honor Noah and turn our family’s experience with osteosarcoma into something that can make a difference for others.

Families facing osteosarcoma need more than medical treatment. They need access to information, support from people who understand what they are going through, and the hope that research will lead to better options for the children who come after them.

MIB Agents is a national nonprofit dedicated to improving outcomes for people affected by osteosarcoma through research, education, and programs that support patients and families. Its work helps advance the science needed for better treatments while connecting families with resources and a community that understands the journey.

Through Noah’s Family Fund, we hope to help advance that mission.

Every contribution to Noah’s Family Fund supports MIB Agents’ work to make life better for children and young adults facing osteosarcoma and the families who walk alongside them.

Our family knows firsthand how much it means to have people show up when life changes in an instant. We want to extend that same spirit of support to other families and help make the road ahead a little less overwhelming.

Join Team Noah

No family should have to navigate childhood cancer alone, and no child should have to fight a disease without the promise of better treatments ahead.

We are incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported Noah and our family. Through Noah’s Family Fund, we can turn that love and generosity into lasting impact for the entire osteosarcoma community.

Every gift, every act of kindness, and every effort to raise awareness helps move us toward a future with better treatments and a cure.

For Noah. For every child fighting osteosarcoma. For a future with more hope.

We are stronger together.
